Machine Operator - Pharmaceutical Apply
Overview This position plays a critical role in the operation and optimization of specialized production equipment and processes. The successful candidate will serve as an internal expert, demonstrating advanced technical proficiency in managing complex machinery while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. This role requires independent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to identify and resolve production disturbances efficiently. The position involves comprehensive oversight of process control systems, equipment operation, and facility management, ensuring seamless production flow and adherence to operational protocols. As a key member of the production team, this individual will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining meticulous documentation and communication standards. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and make precise adjustments to special machines and equipment to regulate temperature, pressure, flow, and material reactions Independently identify, diagnose, and resolve production disturbances and operational challenges Manage and execute shift projects that require specialized field expertise Operate and monitor process control systems throughout the plant facility Control production units manually and through automated control systems Perform start-up and shutdown procedures for production facilities Execute product changeover activities according to established protocols Conduct equipment cleaning and decontamination procedures Maintain housekeeping standards and workplace organization Perform routine analytics and collect samples for quality control purposes Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair activities with the technical team Document work results accurately and conduct thorough shift handover communications Support troubleshooting efforts for process deviations in collaboration with Shift Supervisor Skills Advanced technical aptitude for operating specialized machinery and equipment Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Expertise in process control systems and automation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent attention to detail and precision in equipment adjustments Strong communication skills for documentation and team coordination Proficiency in troubleshooting and root cause analysis Understanding of safety protocols and quality standards Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Technical knowledge of temperature, pressure, and flow regulation Experience 1-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment Demonstrated experience operating specialized equipment or machinery Background in process control or industrial operations Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
