Machine Operator | $18-22/hr

2nd shift : 5:15pm -3:45am

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team on the 2nd shift from 5:00pm to 3:45am, Monday through Thursday, with Fridays from 3pm to 8pm. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and operating shop machines, reading blueprints, and adhering to established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate shop machines according to established procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, job orders, routers, and diagrams.
• Adjust machine settings to run job orders accurately and maximize productivity.
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisors.
• Communicate process and quality improvements via internal system.
• Maintain a clean and safe work station, following the shop 5S system.
• Perform basic math skills including counting and using measurement tools.
• Use various tools including tape measure, dial caliper, and other hand tools.
• Follow directions and exhibit strong manual dexterity.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
