Job Title: Machine Operator| 3rd Shift | $28+HR

Job Description

Join our team as a Machine Operator/Process Technician on the 3rd shift, where you will play a key role in maintaining and troubleshooting injection mold machines in a highly automated, clean, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and work with injection mold machines, including checking pressures, melt, and fill time.
• Operate forklifts to pull molds and dies, and install molds and trim into machines.
• Maintain injection mold machines and perform setups and changeovers on automated machines.
• Read and follow work instructions and blueprints accurately.
• Lift materials weighing 60-90 lbs using hand and power tools, including lever ratchets.
• Follow safety rules, work safely, and wear personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and hearing protection.
• Pull production racks and gather samples of seals for inspection, visually inspect plastic seals during dumping into production boxes.

Essential Skills

• 2 years of experience with plastic injection molding.
• Experience troubleshooting machines and working with highly automated equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and lift up to 60 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
• Skills in operating a pallet jack and forklift.
• Experience with packaging, assembly, and production lines.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $47000.00/yr.
