Parallel Employment Group is currently recruiting Machine Operators for a local manufacturer. You’ll assist with setting up machines, supporting production runs, and checking product quality to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with machine setup, basic operation, and clean-up
  • Monitor product quality and report issues
  • Help minimize material waste
  • Submit maintenance requests when needed
  • Rotate between workstations and support team members
  • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Manufacturing/machine experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
  • Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced environment
