Acloche is offering an exciting job opportunity for a Machine Operator in the West Jefferson area!

• Schedule:2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday - Thursday, with potential for daily overtime. Training may take place on the day shift until completed.
• Pay Rate:$20.00 per hour

General Overview:

• Manually handle and reposition pipes as needed between machines and other materials.
• Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions in English, as well as understand equipment manuals.
• Basic math skills required: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and the ability to read a tape measure.
• Maintain records, take inventory, and prepare reports as required.
• Perform quality assurance inspections, measure parts, and reference parts drawings.
• Maintain production standards on machines.
• Familiarity with Landis Pipe Threader Machines or Pipe Bending Machines is a plus.
• Flexibility to complete other assigned tasks as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 50 to 100 lbs while standing, bending, walking, and working on equipment.
• Set up basic machine functions and make minor adjustments.
