As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating various machines to produce high-quality components. Key Responsibilities Safety Adherence: Prioritize safety by following all company safety standards and procedures. Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings to understand production requirements. Machine Operation: Operate machines efficiently and effectively, ensuring optimal performance. Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards by carefully monitoring the production process. Troubleshooting: Identify and address machine malfunctions promptly. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machines in optimal condition. Production Planning: Plan and sequence operations to achieve desired precision and tolerances. Material Preparation: Prepare raw materials for production. Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications: Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Valid DL or State ID (required) Ability to follow instructions given both verbally and in written form.
