Looking for full time machine operators who want to work for a great company with amazing benefits! Machine Operators are responsible for set ups, operating and maintaining machines as well as making necessary adjustments to meet high quality and production standards in a safe manner. Use gauges and other measurement devices to insure accurate output of products. Looking for individuals who are team oriented, flexible and committed to delivering top quality products for important end user applications. Are you willing to learn - we are willing to train - no experience necessary!

Pay: Dependent on position - $20 to $23/hr

Sparktest Operator : This process is a respooling operation designed to package work in process and finished wires in accordance with product specifications. This is a quality operation designed to detect and remove any product flaws.

Cable Operator: Set up, operate and adjust machines (3 cablers and braider) according to defined engineering specifications and operating procedures. Visually and tactilely inspect wire as it moves through the process. Perform in-process quality inspection.

Extrusion (PTFE) Operator : This process is insulating wire products with PTFE resins using various TFE extrudes, plus supporting auxiliary tools and equipment. You will be working with the Department Manager and other team members to coordinate the daily schedules of production output.

Melt Extrusion (FEP) Operator : The Melt extrusion is a process of insulating wire products with various insulating resins using a melt extruder, plus auxiliary tools and equipment. This position requires a wide range of production skills. You will be performing set ups, operating and adjusting machine according to specifications. You will be working with the Department Manager and other team members to coordinate the daily schedules of production output.

Braid Operator : The braid operation applies a specified braid/shield material over a core wire or cable. This process is completed by running various types of 16 and 24 carrier machines. This is a work-in-process step in the manufacturing process of various final wire and cable products.

Perform Operator : A Perform Operator will mix, blend and prepare powdered Teflon for our PTFE extrusion process. You will be mixing colorants and lubricants with the powder by using a Mixes, blends and prepares powdered Teflon for the TFE extrusion process.

Low Loss Operator : Is a self-contained manufacturing cell designed to develop & test high performance RF cables. These designs require the highest degree of workmanship, quality and attention to detail. A working knowledge of tape wrap and braiding equipment is essential. In addition, it is expected that those chosen to work in this department are willing to support other related activities such as re-spool, and RF testing as needed.
