Job Title: Lamination Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you will have the opportunity to manufacture product for top retail brands.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machines efficiently.
• Perform set-ups and changeovers for label and lamination machines.
• Cross-train to operate different machines and handle various production duties.
• Ensure quality control and conduct inspections as needed.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in machine operation.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or production.
• Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting skills.
• Reliable work history verified by references.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in printing or press operations is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different tasks.
• English proficiency is a plus, but candidates with Spanish as a first language are welcome.

Work Environment

Our work environment is clean, climate-controlled, and accommodates around 15-20 people. Be prepared for a loud production area with a slight ink smell. We require composite-toed or steel-toed shoes for safety during shifts.

If you are looking for an assistant role, then the same company has an assistant role paying $18/hr Monday - Wednesday 6pm - 6am and Thursday 6pm - 12pm 

If you are looking for warehouse/distribution, the same company has a distribution associate for $18/hr Wednesday - Saturday 7:30am - 6pm

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Century, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
