Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in pallet production, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday – Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, with flexibility to come in early or stay late up to a few hours a week

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor nailing machines to ensure smooth production flow
• Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as needed
• Sort pallet components and feed acceptable materials into the machine
• Adjust machine settings during production runs to address any issues
• Inspect finished pallets for quality and record production data

What's Needed?

• Mechanical experience or prior machine operation experience of at least 2 years
• Ability to perform light maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing 75 pounds or more
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
