Role: Operator I (Medical Device Assembly)
Location: 100% Onsite New Brighton (1225 Old Highway 8 NW, St. Paul, MN 55112)

Duration: 6-month

Start: ASAP after screenings clear

Shift / Hours:

• Monday Thursday, 4 x 10-hour shifts

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM

• OT as needed (Friday)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble medical device products

• Inspect and test components

• Occasional microscope work (not continuous)

• Packaging and boxing

• Cross-training across tasks

• Operate electrical torque drivers and screwdrivers

• Work in cleanroom environment with required PPE (gown, hair/beard net, shoe covers, safety glasses)

Required Experience & Skills:

• 1 3 years of cleanroom experience in the medical device industry

• Medical device assembly experience required

• Ability to read, write, and speak English

• Familiarity with FDA/GMP and SOPs preferred

• Soldering and microscope experience is a plus

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED (minimum)
