Parallel Employment is currently hiring for a machine operator role at our client company in East Troy, WI. As a machine operator, you will be responsible for operating various pieces of equipment and performing duties to prepare material for storage or shipment.

Our client offers long-term positions with competitive pay rates starting between $18.00-$21.00/hour. There is also a shift premium.

1st shift: 6am-4pm Monday- Thursday

2nd shift: 4p-2am Monday-Thursday

3rd shift: 10pm-6am Sunday- Wednesday

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate finishing equipment including straightener, saw, and furnace
• Use measuring equipment such as micrometers and tape measures
• Evaluate and assist in solving problems associated with quality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations
• Trainable and able to demonstrate comprehension on various types of equipment and machinery
• Strong general mechanical skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment
