About the RoleWe’re looking for skilled CNC Machine Operators to join our growing team in cabinet production. In this role, you’ll cut, band, and drill cabinet parts with precision, ensuring high-quality results. You’ll receive on-the-job training and have the opportunity to advance into a senior operator position. Collaboration, problem-solving, and attention to detail are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CNC machines to cut, band, and drill cabinet parts.
- Collaborate with team members to keep production running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot machines to maintain efficiency and product quality.
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Perform quality checks on finished products.
- Set up machines and make necessary adjustments.
- 2+ years of experience as a Machine Operator.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform tool changes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Experience with CNC machining and troubleshooting.
- Skilled in using calipers and micrometers.
- Experience setting up and adjusting CNC machines.
- Manufacturing environment (non-temperature controlled).
- Over 500 employees across two locations.
- Training on 1st shift for ~3 weeks, then transition to assigned shift.
- 10% shift differential for off-shifts.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
