Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various types of machinery and equipment according to specifications.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure efficiency and quality, taking corrective action when necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals, ensuring accurate production processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
• Analyze production data to make continuous improvements to processes and operations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of machine operation and safety procedures.
• Basic mechanical skills Good attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
