What We Offer:
• Competitive hourly pay starting at $18.00 plus, based on experience.
• Weekly Pay and Training Shift.
• Shift: Mon-Thu 6am-4:30pm OR Fri, Sat, Sun 6am-6:30pm


Overview of the Machine Operator Role:
As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities include:
• Starting the production line and adjusting components.
• Calibrating machine components and verifying picking for each production.
• Ensuring availability of all necessary ingredients and conducting changeovers between products and clients.
• Conducting machine adjustments according to changes and recalibrating speed, length, etc., during production.
• Controlling the quality of the product throughout the manufacturing process.
• Reworking waste and coordinating with the Warehouse to return unused product.
• Disassembling and cleaning equipment, ensuring security, and completing necessary paperwork.

Who Makes a Good Machine Operator:
• Great initiative and teamwork.
• Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and the capacity to propose solutions to recurring problems.
• Concern for quality and safety.
