Position: Machine Operator I
Location: Greenville, WI 54942

Position Overview:
The Machine Operator will focus on assembly and packaging rather than machining. No prior machining experience is required, but the candidate must be able to follow instructions, work in a fast-paced environment, and perform tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
Package finished customer products into boxes as per job instructions
Tape and label boxes according to specified guidelines
Build pallets of finished products as outlined by the job instructions
Enter pallet information into the computer system
Move finished products to the designated location for warehouse personnel
Maintain a clean workspace by emptying garbage and recycling and sweeping at the end of the day
Replenish supplies at the workstation when necessary
Perform 5S duties at the workstation as required

Qualifications:
Basic computer skills required for data entry
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Comfortable standing for long periods of time
Ability to use a pallet jack for product movement
Ability to work in a team setting and take direction from supervisors
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
