Position: Machine Operator I
Duration: 3+ Months
Location: Walton, KY 41094
Work Type: Contract
Job Type: Onsite
Shift: Rotating 12 hr 2-2-3 schedule.
Note: Switch from days/nights every 8 weeks. All these positions will train day shift M-F 6AM-2:30PM for the first month and then go to their associated team.
Job Description:
- Follow documented procedures administered by safety, quality, process engineering, and facilities engineering
- Enter traceability information into our manufacturing execution system (MES)
- Build furnace loads following plans provided by the planning team
- Load/Unload furnaces
- Perform level 1 autonomous maintenance on furnaces
- Work with team members to meet the daily production targets
- Operate powered industrial equipment (walk-behind lift truck)
- Walking ~10,000+ steps per shift
- Candidates with previous manufacturing background.
