Note: This position is a FRONT END LOADER with a bucket. Not forklift operator. Not pallet jack operator. If the candidate does not have FRONT END LOADER experience, do not submit them. Shift: 6:00 am 4:00 pm rotating days. Possible conversion: Yes, but not guaranteed. Location: 3021 SW1st Terrace, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33315. Interviews required. Must Be Fully Cleared To Start. Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Prior experience operating loaders, balers, or sort lines
• Experience working in recycling, manufacturing, or material handling environments
• Familiarity with CAT loaders or similar equipment
• Experience working in shared workspaces with heavy equipment and pedestrians

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Feed baler infeed belt and sort line metering bin to maintain continuous operations
• Manage material piles, transfer loose material, and prevent backups
• Keep bay doors, ramps, tip floor, and outfeed areas clear and organized
• Monitor material for contaminants and communicate material changes to baler operators
• Perform daily equipment inspections, basic maintenance, and housekeeping duties
• Follow all environmental, health, safety, and PPE requirements

Requirements:

• Ability to read, communicate, and speak English
• Completion of Loader Operator training and on-the-job equipment training
• Documented assessment by a certified training instructor
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
