Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator. This role is ideal for someone who wants to return to their roots and apply their skills in machine operation, packaging, and production.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various machines, including filling machines, shrink wrap, induction sealers, and cappers.
• Manage packaging processes and ensure production goals are met.
• Complete shift paperwork and record documentation accurately.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Essential Skills

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting, or 1+ year experience if not continuous with the same company.
• Mechanically inclined with a strong willingness to learn.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in flooring, specifically with vinyl, tile, hardwood, and prefinished hardwood installations.
• Ability to weld chemically and by heat, and install sheet goods.
• Experience in handling commercial projects for hospitals, schools, and other high-profile clients.

Work Environment

This position requires working 2nd and 3rd shifts. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with a focus on precision and efficiency. Team members are expected to adhere to safety standards and collaborate effectively to achieve production goals.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saukville, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
