Job Title: Machine Operator

Pay Rate: $14.00/hour

Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-driven manufacturing processes. This role plays a key part in meeting production goals while maintaining equipment and product standards.

• Operate production machines according to established procedures
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed
• Inspect products during and after production to ensure quality standards
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
• Maintain accurate production and downtime records
• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies
• Keep work areas clean and organized

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience a plus
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
