SBA Home North Carolina - The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. The investment is worth $70 million. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. The company's main customer is IKEA. Today we are looking for Machine Operators who will operate automated machines in the production line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machines for production by calibrating, cleaning, and preparing necessary tools and materials.
• Operate machinery to produce parts and products according to specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirement:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of machine operation.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
