Weekly Pay!
$19.00/Hour

Shift: Mon-Thur 5:00am to 3:30pm

Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.

PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE HIGHLY DESIRED. WILL TRAIN.

You will be working machines in cell: 1500 Ton rolling mill, Circle cutting Grob Saws, Vertical Bandsaws, Horizontal Bandsaws, Automated Drill Press, 3000 Ton Forge, Conventional Hot Ovens & Furnace for metal heating, 100- & 150-Ton Presses, refining deep tanks, and cu plate shear.

Key Responsibilities
Operate assigned equipment.
Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Support the client Operating System
Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness
Comply with all safety rules.
Record and report production data.
Analyze data and production reports
Set up and change over equipment
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma

Ability to identify key details
Ability to troubleshoot
Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity
Creative thinking and idea generation
Ability to communicate information clearly
Ability to read calipers and blueprints
Ability to perform basic Mathematics skills for offset adjustments
Read & understand work instructions
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Perform tasks in a safe timely manner to hit daily production goals
