Location: 1428 County Road 930, Mexia, TX 76667
We are looking a 1st Shift, Machine Operator to join our Mexia, TX Team (internally called Mill Operators)! You will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.
1st Shift Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00am-4:30pm, with occasional overtime
Machine Operator Salary Range: Starting at $18.00/hr. and up, based on experience
Machine Operator Core Contributions:Safety & Team Coordination:
Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed
Start each shift with a team huddle and stretches
Machine Operations:
Set up machine at the beginning of each shift
Work with materials and machines, following standard procedures
Take manual measurements to ensure high quality
Training & Cross-Training:
Participate in regular training sessions
Cross-train others to enhance team capabilities
Machine Operator Essential Experiences:
High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
Willingness to learn and operate a variety of machines
Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on the area you're assigned
Must be able to safely drive a forklift
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
