Machine Operator
2nd shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00p-11:00p ***MUST TRAIN ON 1st SHIFT, Monday through Friday, 7:00a-3:00p***
$17.00 per hour
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain proper material levels throughout production
- Load, fill, and weigh materials to ensure consistent product quality
- Mix and manage production materials according to established procedures
- Adjust equipment settings to ensure smooth and efficient operation
- Complete production and shift documentation accurately
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and make routine machine adjustments
- Assist team leads and other operators with daily operations as needed
- Clean and maintain equipment to meet quality and safety standards
- Perform basic preventive maintenance
- Support bulk material storage and handling systems
- Operate additional equipment as needed to support production flow
- Cross-train to support leadership coverage and fill in for other operators when necessary

- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused throughout the shift
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
- Ability to identify potential issues early and address them before they impact production
- Dependable team player with a flexible, problem-solving mindset
- High School Diploma
