Job Description:
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
- Responsible for all metal finishing processes and ensuring that all required processes are completed to produce parts that meet quality and ISO standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Polishing, deburring, detailed masking, blasting, in-process cleaning of surgical instruments and implants.
- Inspects products to blueprint specifications.
- Utilizes and completes documentation, as required.
- Understands and follows policies and procedures.
- Ensures general upkeep of equipment, organized and clean work area.
- Complies with ISO policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoots problems associated with equipment, tooling, and processes.
- Follow basic instructions.
