As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our production machinery. Responsibilities
- Set up machinery for production runs according to specifications
- Operate machinery to produce high-quality products
- Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and perform preventive maintenance as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical issues that may arise during operation
- Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to supervisor
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in operating various types of machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
