- Day Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM (Monday to Thursday)\n\t
- Night Shift (Priority): 7 PM - 7 AM (Monday to Thursday)
\n\tPay: Starting at $23.00/hour
\n\tHours per Week: 36 - 48 hours\n

\n\nWe are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Production Technicians. \n\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\n- \n\t
- Set up and operate various machines (coating, slitting, metalizing, or sheeting)\n\t
- Load rolls of paper onto machines and make necessary adjustments\n\t
- Monitor machine operations and product quality throughout the process\n\t
- Use overhead hoists, trucks, and dollies to transport materials\n\t
- Conduct tests to ensure products meet established specifications\n\t
- Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions and process issues\n\t
- Maintain a clean and organized work area\n\t
- Follow production schedules, work orders, and verbal instructions\n\t
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve production goals\n
What You Bring to the Team:
\n\n- \n\t
- High School Diploma or GED required\n\t
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly\n\t
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals)\n\t
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English\n\t
- Forklift operation experience preferred\n\t
- Ability to read and comprehend safety policies and process documentation\n\t
- Previous experience in a fast-paced team environment preferred\n\t
- Familiarity with 5S or similar lean manufacturing principles is a plus\n
