. is seeking to hire a Machine Shop Operator for our client in Mayville, WI!

Pay $20.201/Hour

JOB SUMMARY:

2ND Shift Base pay rate $20.21/HR + $1.00 Shift Differential
Effective 1/6/25
2ND Shift: Monday-Friday
4:30 PM - 1 AM
Any mandatory overtime would be added to the end of the shift and there could also be every other Saturday scheduled (5 hours)

Perform production work on a variety of machines including NC/CNC machines loading and unloading parts and basic inspection to ensure the quality of the parts. Will not be responsible for setting up or programming the machines. Will have the opportunity to acquire the skills necessary to advance to the Machine Shop Operator #2 classification.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Responsible for the quality of the parts produced.
Follow all safety rules regarding machine operation and proper guarding.
Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Physically able to do work requiring frequent standing, bending and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Sufficient reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions and prepare simple

Sufficient visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts.
