Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Machining Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming and will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing machining processes to enhance productivity and ensure high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CNC programs for various machining operations.
  • Analyze technical drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements.
  • Design and optimize tooling and fixtures for machining processes.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes and ensure product quality.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to machining processes and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or Machining Engineer.
  • Strong skills in CAD/CAM software and technical drawing interpretation.
  • Knowledge of machining techniques and precision engineering principles.
  • Experience with quality control processes and ISO standards.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
