We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our precision machining, fabrication, and assembly facility. If you have experience operating CNC milling machines, particularly Haas machines, we’d love to hear from you. However, we’re also eager to train a motivated, hands-on problem solver with a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in machining.

What You'll Do:

• Operate CNC milling machines (Haas machines experience is a plus) to produce precision parts for a variety of industries.
• Read and interpret technical blueprints and technical drawings with accuracy.
• Perform machine setup, programming, and adjustments as needed.
• Monitor the machining process for quality assurance and make adjustments as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and maintain quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous CNC milling experience with Haas machines is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Personality: A strong “go-getter” attitude with a commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
• Education/Training: Prior machining certifications or training are a plus but not required. We’ll invest in your development if you bring the ambition.
