1 Resource Group is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our client's team. This position is essential in ensuring that precision parts are produced efficiently and to high-quality standards. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are critical.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand part requirements.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure they are producing consistent quality products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Document production data and maintain detailed records of machine operations.
• Adhere to all safety standards and protocols in the workplace.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Proficiency in measuring tools and quality control techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and adjust shifts as needed.
• Must have Haas ST 30 Experience
