We are seeking an Experienced CNC Machinist to join our team! You will operate and repair a variety of machines and mechanical instruments.

We are a growing manufacturer of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and valves. We are looking for an Experienced CNC Machinist to oversee programming, setup, and running of CNC Lathes and Mills. We run FANUC machines with Y-Axis and live tooling. Knowledge of G-code and M-Code a plus. Must be able to read drawings and measure parts. We are not a job shop and our Engineers, Machinists, Welders, and Assemblers work closely together to meet production goals. We are looking for someone who will help us continue automating our equipment. We run 3-shifts and offer flexible hours, competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities:

• Operate machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments
• Programming, setup, and running of CNC Lathes and Mills
• Measure dimensions and calculate tolerance using precision instruments
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery
• Participate in process improvements

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in machinery or other related fields
• Familiarity with machine tools and equipment
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable setting up and running CNC Lathes and Mills with Fanuc and Okuma controls
• Knowledge of G and M code (a plus)
• Capable of reading machined part drawings
• Proficient at using gauges such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, etc.
• Strong, independent worker
