Required

• 3 5 years of experience in desktop engineering, endpoint operations, or macOS-focused End User Computing (EUC) environments.

• Proven experience administering JAMF Pro, including creating and managing policies, configuration profiles, software deployments, and troubleshooting endpoint issues.

• Strong expertise in macOS troubleshooting, including operating system issues, application support, and endpoint configuration management.

• Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing Mac hardware, including common break/fix scenarios and device performance issues.

• Experience with scripting and automation, preferably using Bash or Python; familiarity with PowerShell is a plus for hybrid or mixed environments.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear explanations for non-technical users.

Preferred

• Experience modernizing macOS device management practices, including documentation, standardization, reporting/analytics, and automation-driven operational improvements.

• Familiarity with security tools and endpoint posture reporting for macOS environments, including dashboards, telemetry monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• **Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) certification or willingness to obtain.

• Experience supporting service management integrations and workflow automation within enterprise IT environments.
