Role will work with many different health plans including Fidelis, ICS, more. This request is for coverage for Hope Wilson who will be on LOA.

Inserting the output into envelopes using mail production equipment, focusing on quality that is line with HIPAA standards. First day: Tour of the operations and facility, along with Centene University trainings and shadowing operators.

Our team is small, and they work together well. Everyone is down to earth and laid back. Dress code is comfortable, and everyone is very helpful. The work environment is very loud, so most of the team wears earbuds or headphones.

Position Purpose

Operate and maintain an inserter to produce mail pieces and prepare mailing for the Post Office. Inspect pieces during production and make adjustments to keep machines running.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year experience working in a mail production facility operating a mechanical inserter. Experience with USPS postal regulations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Produce mail-pieces using automated inserting technology.

- Operate folding machines cutter and bindery equipment.

- Operate machines that insert printed matter such as letters or booklets into envelopes.

- Maintain equipment using provided maintenance schedule.

- Maintain optimal level of productivity.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for a long period of time.

This is a Contract position based out of Getzville, NY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
