Office Services Clerk – Mailroom
Impact:
As a Mailroom Clerk, in our Office Services department, you will have the opportunity to work extensively with essential documents necessary for the operation of a leading personal injury law firm.
Daily Tasks:
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, including sorting, scanning, copying, and properly distributing to appropriate departments and team members.
- Prepare mail and packages for shipment.
- Operate mailroom equipment, including but not limited to postage meters, mail sorting machines, scanners, etc.
- Organizing and maintaining mailroom supplies in the mailroom, such as envelopes, stamps, and packaging materials.
- Special project assistance as necessary.
- Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.
Your Skills:
- Prior law firm experience is preferred.
- Advanced experience with office equipment, including copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Case management software experience preferred.
- Ability to sort and organize efficiently.
- Experience working with litigation documents.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
