Project Manager with experience in transformation projects, in particular Mainframe transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and Defining Scope: Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
• Resource Allocation: Delegating tasks to team members best positioned to complete them.
• Budget Management: Dividing up the budget for different project aspects and advocating for additional funding when necessary.
• Communication: Serving as a point of contact for teams and communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals.
• Quality Control: Performing quality control throughout the project to maintain expected standards.

Implementation Analyst, Lead primary client interface role

• Lead implementation, training, consulting and configurationsoftware, Client's next generation banking solution product. Implementations may be part of a larger conversion or a single product installation
• Provide project oversight and solve critical problems
• Review project deliverables and ensure it meets acceptance criteria.
• Work on building relationships across various groups across Fiserv to deliver solutions
• Assess client business need, identify solutions, and manage requirements
• Manage product configuration setup and updates
• Conduct validation of configurations and connectivity testing
• Maintain and update documentation, as applicable
• Manage multiple projects
• Provide client training and production (go-live) support
• Coordinate client schedules, hosted tenant provisioning, and core interface activities.
• Monitor project plan to meet expected timelines.
