We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician for our building. Experience in wiring 120, 240 single phase and 480 three phase would be a plus. We are an expanding business in the bridge component manufacturing industry with emphasis on fabrication, machining, and welding.

Job duties would include the following:

·           Perform routine scheduled preventative maintenance on building systems and facility equipment.

·           Maintain a log of all repairs and costs associated with equipment

·           Monitor, troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, HVAC, structural and security systems.

·           Manage repair items and supplies inventory.

·           Manage and direct the activities of assistants assigned to in-house maintenance, janitorial and groundskeeping work.

·           Interact with qualified maintenance, janitorial, installation and groundskeeping subcontractors as it pertains to the following.

-          Develop scope of work requirements.

-          Research and obtain competitive pricing.

-          Assist with contract negotiations.

-          Monitor and coordinate activities.

-          Evaluate performance and report findings to executive management.

·           Organize, lead and improve the Safety Program.

Other duties as required.

Requirements

5+ years minimum experience in maintaining a fabrication shop environment

o   56 PTO hours (7 days) accrued hire date – one year

o   104 PTO hours (13 days) accrued one – four years

o   144 PTO hours (18 days) accrued four – seven years

o   192 PTO hours (24 days) accrued 7+ years

·         12 Paid Holidays per year

·         Employee Bonus Plan based upon Company Net Operating Profits

·         Independent Health Insurance Plan to all employees with HSA contributions depending on plan selection. Health insurance is available
