Maintenance Assistant Apply
Pay Rate/Range: $15/hr.
Description: This position is an entry level maintenance assistant role, and is great for someone who is eager to learn. Daily tasks will include assisting with HVAC filter changes, minor plumbing work, changing light bulbs, emptying trash, and roof and exterior building maintenance. Snow removal when necessary and general groundskeeping duties (trim bushes, spray weeds, mow and pick up trash)
Job Requirements: This position will involve driving to multiple worksite locations - candidates applying must be ok with this piece of the job, and have a valid Driver's License as well. Heavy lifting up to 100 lbs, ability to operate hand and power tools, and tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather is also required.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
