In this role, you support the development of solutions for recurring and complex technical issues and serve as a subject-matter expert for specific equipment or installations. You work closely with production and maintenance leadership to ensure efficient planning, prioritization, and execution of maintenance activities. ResponsibilitiesConvert maintenance notifications into clear work ordersAlign maintenance priorities with Production leadershipPrepare and manage weekly maintenance schedules and backlogFacilitate daily/weekly maintenance planning meetingsCoordinate emergency and corrective maintenance activitiesEnsure proper handover of equipment before and after maintenanceReview and close work orders including cost authorization when neededRequirementsHBO working and thinking level (technical field preferred)Experience in maintenance planning or coordination in an industrial environmentStrong technical understanding of equipment or installationsGood communication and organizational skillsExperience with maintenance systems (e.g., SAP) is a plusProfessional English; Dutch is an advantageThis role is ideal for candidates who combine technical expertise with planning and coordination skills and who enjoy working in a dynamic industrial environment where safety, reliability, and collaboration are essential.
