This entails navigating exponential market changes through agile structures, fostering innovation across all aspects of our business, strategically expanding our global footprint, championing sustainability initiatives and nurturing a winning team.Privacy PolicyBy applying to this job posting, you agree with and acknowledge our privacy policy.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMonitor, operate, and maintain plating production equipment (electroplating lines, rectifiers, tanks, hoists, filtration systems).Ensure machine readiness and availability to meet production schedules.Conduct regular equipment inspection and performance evaluation.Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for plating machinery and facility utilities.Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues on plating equipment.Coordinate with spare‑part suppliers and contractors when requiredEnsure plating operations comply with HSE, ISO 14001, and local environmental regulations.Support safe handling, storage, and disposal of plating chemicals.Participate in risk assessments, safety audits, and emergency response drillsMaintain maintenance records, machine history, calibration records, and SOPs.Prepare breakdown reports, preventive maintenance reports, and improvement proposals.Support internal and external audits.Job Requirement & QualificationWilling to be based in Batam, Kepulauan Riau.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.Good communication skills in English.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Plating or water treatment process environmentsFacilities or machinery maintenance in plating / surface treatment / manufacturing environment.Good Understanding Electroplating process & equipment.Good understanding Electrical systems (panel, rectifier, motor) & Mechanical systems (pump, hoist, conveyor)Able to read electrical and mechanical drawingsBasic troubleshooting PLC or control systems (advantage).Knowledge of chemical safety, environmental regulations, and waste managementFamiliar with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / 5S implementationStrong problem‑solving and analytical skills
