The incumbent performs routine service calls, room calls, and inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. The role may involve working independently or assisting licensed tradespersons. High School diploma / GED, Trade school required or Accredited Certifications. Two (2)+ years’ commercial experience in a qualified technical field. Working knowledge of hand tools, mechanical/electrical aptitude.
