Performing repairs and upkeep on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Completing preventive maintenance tasks to prevent issues before they arise. Responding promptly to guest requests and maintenance needs with professionalism and hospitality. Following safety regulations, hotel brand standards, and local building codes. Keeping detailed maintenance logs and shift reports. What We're Looking For Hotel experience a must, High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with hand tools, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. A proactive mindset-someone who spots an issue and fixes it before it becomes a problem. A great communicator who can interact hospitably with guests and team members.
