Job Description:

Reliance One, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a manufacturing environment in Southfield, MI. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems and other related software
• Develop creative solutions to complex maintenance problems
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
• Work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
