What You’ll Do

As our Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of our property. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing routine maintenance and repairs across the property, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general building upkeep. - Troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and inconvenience for guests. - Conducting inspections to identify potential problems and proactively addressing them. - Collaborating with management to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks efficiently. - Maintaining tools, equipment, and supplies in good working condition.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field. - Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - A proactive attitude and attention to detail. - A commitment to upholding safety standards and ensuring a positive guest experience.
