Maintenance Engineering Manager Apply
Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in maintenance and/or engineering leadership within an industrial or manufacturing environment (paper manufacturing preferred).
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing capital projects, and supporting 24/7 operations.
- Papermaking processes, equipment, and quality systems
- Mechanical, electrical, and controls systems
- Facilities, utilities, and infrastructure systems
- Preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies
- Safety systems, hazard analysis, and regulatory compliance
- Leadership & People Management: Ability to inspire, influence, and develop teams at all levels.
- Project Management: Proven experience managing complex capital and maintenance projects.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, controls, and process systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Communication: Clear, effective communicator with the ability to translate technical information into actionable plans.
- Business & Financial Acumen: Understands cost drivers, budgeting, and the business impact of maintenance and engineering decisions.
- Continuous Improvement: Drives reliability, efficiency, and process improvement initiatives.
