You’ll work alongside young and talented teammates.You'll be responsible of the Maintenance and Warranty signalling team for Mainline contracts (Trackside). Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Maintenance Managers and Technicians, T&C Manager and engineers, Logistic, Sourcing, RAM, Safety, ILS, Quality), organizing, planning and managing the warranty & maintenance activities, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of supervising the subcontracted services and managing the performance of the team, but also communicate with client.We’ll look to you for:Manages the technical performances of the systems and provide Rex (return of experience) to relevant Services PlatformOptimizes the scope and related tasks of the Maintenance plan.Detects, defines and implements the modifications of the maintained products to improve the reliability and serviceability, in order to reduce project costs and improve the performances of the systems.Assures the update of the technical documentation of the projects.Searches for improvement actions in maintenance operations, performing engineering interface activities.Interface with the customer on technnical solutions.All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
