Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on field experience.
- Required:
- Hands-on experience with freeze dryers / lyophilization equipment in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environments.
- Strong background in electro-mechanical maintenance.
- Experience supporting equipment installation, commissioning, and/or SAT.
- Ability and willingness to physically work on machines on-site.
- Experience with:
- Mechanical and electrical systems.
- PLC-controlled equipment.
- General troubleshooting and fault isolation.
- Comfortable working independently on-site and interfacing directly with customers.
- Preferred / Nice to Have
- 2+ years of experience with PLC, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Experience with freeze drying, filling lines, or other key biotech/life sciences process equipment.
- Prior experience working with OEMs or equipment vendors in regulated environments.

Responsibilities:
- Support Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT & SAT), installation, and troubleshooting activities for life sciences and biotech equipment.
- Critical role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and optimal performance of freeze dryers, related utilities, and complementary equipment, supporting project execution, troubleshooting, and long-term equipment lifecycle continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support installation, commissioning, and FAT/SAT activities for new and existing equipment (hands-on execution focused; limited C&Q).
- Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on life sciences and biotech equipment, with a strong emphasis on freeze dryers / lyophilization systems.
- Participate in customer site preparation for installation events, including machine assembly and readiness activities.
- Support configuration of devices and sensors (e.g., pressure transmitters, flow meters) and calibration of temperature and pressure probes.
- Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting and fault finding, including mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
- Perform I/O verification, electrical walkdowns, hardware interlock verification, and voltage and current checks.
- Conduct training for production supervisors and operators at customer sites.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-up on concerns and technical issues.
- Execute timely and accurate reporting of technical issues and findings in accordance with company processes.
- Apply lyophilization expertise to support business continuity planning and lifecycle updates for facility and process equipment.
- Collaborate with manufacturing staff, engineering teams, OEMs, and cross-functional partners during commissioning and operational phases.
