Maintenance Manager – Food Manufacturing | Ponca City, OK | Onsite Salary: $135,000 – $150,000 + relocation assistance Location: Ponca City, OK (Onsite, must relocate within 6 months) Shift: Primarily 1st shift, support 2nd/3rd shifts as needed About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operations in a high-volume food manufacturing facility specializing in bread, batter, and industrial fryer systems . This role oversees mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and wastewater systems, while ensuring compliance with OSHA and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary maintenance team. Develop and implement plant maintenance strategies, capital projects, and operational improvements. Oversee refrigeration systems, wastewater treatment, and electrical/mechanical maintenance . Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory policies. Collaborate with plant leadership and contractors to ensure efficient operations. Support 2nd and 3rd shifts, emergency response, and special projects as needed. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of management experience in food manufacturing maintenance (bread, batter, fryer systems preferred). Hands‑on experience with refrigeration, wastewater treatment, and electrical/mechanical systems . Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams and multiple projects. Knowledge of OSHA compliance, CAD, PLC systems, and plant safety standards . Associate's degree or equivalent experience in mechanical/electrical fields. Relocation to Ponca City, OK, within 6 months of hire. Physical & Work Environment: Work in production areas with temperatures from -40°F to 110°F . Exposure to high-noise areas; PPE required (safety glasses, hearing protection). Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and walk/stand for extended periods.
