What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading and developing a maintenance team in a fast-paced production environment
- Driving preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime
- Overseeing all maintenance operations, including PMs, repairs, and capital improvements
- Supporting plant operations by ensuring equipment reliability and system efficiency
- Managing utilities, process equipment, and facility systems
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards, GMPs, and regulatory requirements
- Using data and root cause analysis to proactively prevent failures
- Partnering cross-functionally with operations, quality, and engineering teams
What We’re Looking For, Experience Required:
- 10+ years of maintenance leadership experience in food, ingredient, chemical, or process manufacturing
- Background in manufacturing environments similar to Kerry, ADM, Nestlé, or other large-scale food/ingredient producers
- Strong understanding of GMPs, food safety standards, and audit readiness
- Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and controls systems within a production setting
- Experience managing process equipment, utilities, and plant systems
- Proven ability to lead teams, prioritize effectively, and drive results
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance floor presence and strategic planning
- Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
