Maintenance ManagerA growing, highly automated food manufacturing facility is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager near Sioux Falls, SD to lead plant maintenance and reliability efforts. This is a leadership role within a modern operation that has completed multiple recent expansions and continues to invest in new technology and automation.Position Summary: The Maintenance Manager leads and develops a team of 67 maintenance technicians while working alongside them on the plant floor. This role is responsible for equipment reliability, preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
