This Maintenance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring smooth daily plant operations by leading maintenance teams, driving preventive maintenance programs, and improving equipment reliability across the facility. If you thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments and enjoy leading teams, this opportunity is for you!Maintenance Manager ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians with a focus on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.Design and execute maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and increase equipment reliability.Leverage CMMS tools to manage work orders, inventory, and preventive maintenance schedules.Oversee HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems (high and low voltage) to ensure compliance.Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify improvement opportunities.Manage capital projects, including equipment installs and facility upgrades.Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings for troubleshooting.Champion safety protocols and regulatory compliance.Maintenance Manager Requirements:10+ years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environmentPrior leadership experience at the supervisory or managerial levelStrong mechanical and electrical expertiseProven ability to motivate, lead, and develop high-performing teamsThis is a direct hire opportunity that requires a fully on-site schedule in Cherokee, Iowa. This position offers a pay range between $120,000 to $130,000 annually.
